Registrants who elect to pay in full will receive an invoice for the full amount owed on Sept. 4, due upon receipt.

Registrants who elect to pay in two installments will receive one invoice for September-December on Sept. 4, due upon receipt, and a second invoice for January-May on Jan. 11, due upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy

The MMA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this program. The program is subject to cancellation if there are fewer than 15 registrants. If the MMA must cancel or reschedule the program, registrants will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to the program start date and issued refunds. Notification may occur via email, phone, or US mail.

Individual Registrant Cancellation

Registrants must submit written notification to the MMA to receive a refund.

Notice must be received no later than July 31, 2026.

No refunds or credits shall be provided for cancellations made after August 1, 2026.

All registrants are responsible for the full cost of the program if they cancel after August 1, 2026.
